Hi-Tech Gurukul
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Hi-Tech Gurukul (βSchoolβ) and the Parent/Guardian and Student.
1. Admission

Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, and seat availability.

The School reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.

Submission of false information will result in cancellation of admission without refund.
2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Fee Structure

Fees include tuition, admission, transport, and other applicable charges.

The School reserves the right to revise fees periodically with prior notice.
2.2 Payment Obligations

Fees must be paid within prescribed due dates.
-
Delay in payment will attract late fees.
2.3 Fee Enforcement

The School reserves the right to:

Withhold report cards and examination results
-
Deny access to classes or examinations
-
Withhold Transfer Certificate (TC) and other documents
in case of non-payment of dues.

2.4 Non-Refundable Fees
-
Admission/registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Withdrawal & Refund

A minimum 30 daysβ written notice is required for withdrawal.

Fees for the ongoing term are non-refundable.
-
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
4. Academic & Discipline
-
Students must maintain discipline and comply with school rules.

Misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.

Damage to school property shall be chargeable.
5. Attendance

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for examinations.
6. Transport
-
Transport is optional and may be operated through third-party providers.

The School shall not be liable for delays or incidents beyond reasonable control.
7. Digital Learning

The School may conduct online or hybrid classes when required.

Fees remain payable irrespective of mode of education.
-
Parents are responsible for providing necessary devices and connectivity.
8. Safety & Liability

The School shall take reasonable care for student safety.

However, the School shall not be liable for:

Loss of personal belongings

Injuries during routine activities

Events beyond reasonable control

Liability, if any, shall be limited to fees paid for the relevant term.
9. Medical Emergency

The School may provide first aid or arrange medical assistance.

Expenses shall be borne by parents/guardians.
10. Data & Media Consent

The School may collect and use personal data for academic and administrative purposes.

Photos/videos may be used for educational and promotional purposes unless objected in writing.
11. Indemnity

Parents/Guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless the School against:

Student misconduct

Damage caused
-
Third-party claims arising from student actions

12. Force Majeure

The School shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control including pandemics, natural disasters, or government orders.

In such cases, the School may continue operations through alternative modes without fee reduction.
13. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver of rights.
14. Severability
-
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement

These Terms supersede all prior communications and representations.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
Governed by laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
17. Amendments
-
The School reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
18. Acceptance
By enrolling, the Parent/Guardian confirms acceptance of these Terms.
