2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 General Policy

  • Fees once paid are subject to the terms outlined below.

  • Admission/registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Withdrawal Before Academic Session

  • Tuition fees may be refunded after deduction of administrative charges, at the discretion of the School.

2.3 Withdrawal After Academic Session Begins

  • No refund will be provided once the academic session has commenced.

  • Fees for the ongoing term/quarter remain payable.

2.4 Mid-Term Withdrawal

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required.

  • Fees for the notice period must be paid.

  • No pro-rata refund shall be applicable.

2.5 Transport & Optional Services

  • Transport, activity, and other optional service fees are non-refundable once paid.

2.6 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15–30 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment mode or as determined by the School.

2.7 Conditions for Refund

  • All dues must be cleared before any refund is processed.

  • Submission of valid fee receipts may be required.

2.8 School-Initiated Cancellation

  • In exceptional circumstances where admission is cancelled by the School, refunds (if applicable) will be processed at the discretion of the School.

2.9 Dispute Jurisdiction

  • All refund-related matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
